Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders over Rs 25,000. Smaller orders carry a flat Rs 1,500 delivery charge, shown on the checkout page before you confirm.
Delivery time
- Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and other major cities: 2 to 5 working days.
- Smaller towns and remote areas: up to 7 working days.
- We deliver six days a week. Sundays and gazetted holidays are not counted.
Every order is confirmed by phone before dispatch. You can track its progress at any time with the order number from your confirmation.
Changing the address
Delivery is made to the address given at checkout. If you need to change it, message us on WhatsApp before the order is dispatched and we will update it. Once a parcel is with the courier the address can no longer be changed.
Installation
Air conditioners and water heaters are installed by WAVES technicians at no extra cost in metro cities. We call within 48 hours of delivery to schedule the visit. Please have the following ready:
- A dedicated power point near the installation spot, with earthing.
- For split ACs: a clear wall for the indoor unit and a place for the outdoor unit within the standard 10-foot piping length. Extra piping and brackets are charged at cost.
- For water heaters: water inlet and outlet points and, for gas models, a gas connection at the spot.
Refrigerators, deep freezers, washing machines and microwave ovens are plug-and-play. Let the unit stand upright for two hours after delivery before switching it on.
When your order arrives
- Check the outer packing for damage before signing for the parcel.
- Match the model and colour with your order.
- Keep the invoice and warranty card. You will need them for any service request.
Anything damaged on arrival is replaced free of charge. See our returns and replacement policy.
