Waves Corporation Limited
The parent company, listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange as WAVES. Founded in Lahore in 1971, it introduced Pakistan's first deep freezer and grew into refrigerators in 1976, split air conditioners in 2002 and washing machines in 2004. The 2017 merger with Cool Industries created WAVES Singer Pakistan Limited, later renamed under legal mandates.

The manufacturing and sales company, listed as WAVESAPP. It operates the plant at 9 KM Multan Road, Hanjarwal, Lahore, the warehouses, and the nationwide dealer and service network that brings WAVES deep freezers, refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, water heaters and microwave ovens to homes across Pakistan.
